We hate to say it but the weather is turning and the temporary reprieve we experience from ever-increasing electricity and fuel bills is coming to an end. There is a lot of advice and literature in relation to energy saving but how much relates directly to your household? Ireland’s Sustainable Energy Authority (SEAI) is travelling around the country over the next couple of months to provide free energy efficiency consultations to householders.

This includes a Home Energy Action Plan featuring the top five energy saving measures available. This timely initiative may assist in combatting the fear of those bi-monthly window envelopes over the coming cold weather season.
